Banu KÜNER

Banu Küner, born in 1979 in İzmit/Kocaeli, graduated from Marmara University’s Department of Environmental Engineering in 2002 and completed her master’s degree in Engineering Management at Marmara University.

She began her career in 2002 as a Foreign Trade Specialist at Tezcan Galvanized Structural Elements Industry and Trade Inc. In 2004, she joined Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayi AŞ as an Export Specialist. After holding various positions in the sales department, she was appointed Sales and Marketing Manager in 2011.

Küner left the company in 2013 due to personal reasons and continued her career at Galva Metal Sanayi ve AŞ in 2018. During her time there, she served as Process Development Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Director of Supply Chain and Foreign Trade, before leaving the company in 2024.

Returning to Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayi AŞ in November 2024, Küner served as Sales and Marketing Group Manager between November 2024 and April 2025. As of May 2025, she has assumed the role of General Manager and Chair of the Executive Board.
