Our Quality Policy

Our Quality Policy is to establish a "Quality Management System" created by the voluntary and conscious participation of all our employees, aimed at excellence for customer satisfaction by providing the highest level of added value to our customers with our products and services in the direction of our vision and mission; and to ensure the continuity and improvement of this system.

The activities under our quality approach have been inspected by different national and international audit institutions, and the quality of our production and management has been certified by the said institutions through the awarded certificates.
Our company holds the following quality certificates:

  TSE EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate,
  TSE EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate Annex ,
  Lloyd's Register EMEA (Lloyd's) Steel Rope Product Certificate,

Specially coded and "ÇELİK HALAT VE TEL SANAYİİ A.S." inscribed stripes are used in our ropes. Dealers and users are required to control these markings in order to ascertain that the products belong to Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii A.S.

The Quality Assurance Activities begin with the carefully selected raw materials, continue with the interim production phases, and end at the final product. Upon request, these activities are also performed after the product delivery to the customer as a service.

Controls for the production parameters that are performed as a prerequisite for the process are carried out regularly and in line with test plans, and some chemical, physical and metalographic examinations are performed separately according to product characteristics. Particularly at the moment of production, all the controls are performed regularly and the use of any non-conforming material or substance in the final product is thereby prevented.
